Buttery toffee is cooked low and slow until it reaches that perfect snap, then finished with  almonds for a familiar, comforting crunch. It’s simple, steady, and deeply satisfying — the kind of toffee that doesn’t need anything extra to be just right.

This recipe has been made the same careful way from the beginning. No shortcuts. No rushing. Just good ingredients, patience, and attention to detail.
