Q: Can I place a custom order with Baba's Candies?
A: We love custom orders! If you're planning a special event or occasion and would like to order our toffees customized to your needs, we're happy to assist you. You can reach us by phone at 845-252-8400.
Q: Where are your toffees made?
A: Our toffees are lovingly crafted in Post Falls, Idaho, where Baba has made her home for over 30 years. Each batch is made in our designated kitchen facility, which is dedicated solely to our toffee production. We do not process peanuts or wheat in our facility, so you can enjoy every bite with greater peace of mind.
Q: Are your toffees sold in physical stores?
A: We are working on that! You can find a couple of flavors at Mix It Up Gift, an award-winning retailer located at 513 E Sherman Avenue in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We are looking for another permanent location that features a healthy stock of all our flavors.

Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes, we currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at check-out based on the destination and weight of your order.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes, we are working on a location where customers can pick up an order locally here in Post Falls, Idaho.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes! We welcome wholesale inquiries from qualified retailers. To apply, please fill out our Wholesale Inquiry Form. We'll review your submission and respond within a few business days.
Q: What is your return or refund policy?
A: We have high standards for our toffees, and if for any reason you are unhappy with our product, please contact us. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a resolution.
Q: What types of candies do you offer?
A: Our main pride and joy is almond toffee topped with various kinds of superior quality chocolate. We also have toffee with no nuts, and our Toasted Hazelnut Coffee Toffee and Toasted Pecan Maple Toffee and Huckleberry White Chocolate Almond Toffee are fast developing their own fans!
Q: What kinds of ingredients do you use?
A: Great question! At Baba's Candies, we believe in using only the highest quality ingredients. We start all our toffees with REAL Grade A butter and pure cane sugar. Our chocolates are sourced from top-quality brands like Callebaut, Guittard, and Van Leer to ensure that each bite is nothing short of delicious!
