A: An Idaho Cottage Business is a small, home-based business that produces and sells goods direct to the consumer.
Q: Where are your toffees made?
A: Although we began making our toffees in our home kitchen, we have since expanded to a dedicated kitchen site in Post Falls, Idaho. Our toffees are now made exclusively in this separate kitchen, which is used solely by Baba's Candies.
Q: Can I place a custom order with Baba's Candies?
A: We love custom orders! If you're planning a special event or occasion and would like to order custom toffees, we're happy to assist you. You can reach us by phone at 845-252-8400 and we'll work with you to create a personalized toffee order that meets your needs.
Q: Can I buy Baba's Candies in bulk?
A: Yes, we do offer bulk sales starting at 50 pieces of one kind of toffee, as long as it's not for resale. Please contact us by phone to arrange bulk orders.
Q: Do you offer wholesale prices?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer wholesale pricing for our products. While it is part of our growth plan to eventually expand into wholesale, as a cottage business we are not currently able to legally offer wholesale.
Q: Are your toffees sold in physical stores?
A: Absolutely! You can find Baba's Candies products at My Favorite Things, a large vintage vendor mall located in Post Falls, Idaho. In addition to all of our online offerings, My Favorite Things stocks our full line of products, including a few that aren't yet available on our website. You can visit My Favorite Things at 503 E. Seltice Way #14 in Post Falls, Idaho.
Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes, we currently offer shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at check-out based on the destination and weight of your order.
Q: Do you offer pickup?
A: Yes, since Baba's Candies is a vendor at My Favorite Things Vendor Mall in Post Falls Idaho, you may order online and opt to pick it up at this location with no shipping or handling fee.
Q: What is your return or refund policy?
A: We have high standards for our toffees, and if for any reason you are unhappy with our product, please contact us. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a resolution.
Q: What types of candies do you offer?
A: Our main pride and joy is almond toffee with various kinds of chocolate. We also have toffee with no nuts, and our Toasted Hazelnut Coffee Toffee. We continue to introduce new flavors, trying them first at our location in Post Falls, then notifying our email subscribers to test the market. All of our toffees are handcrafted with high-quality ingredients and contain no preservatives.
Q: What kinds of ingredients do you use?
A: Great question! At Baba's Candies, we believe in using only the highest quality ingredients. We start all our toffees with REAL Grade A butter and pure cane sugar. Our chocolates are sourced from top-quality brands like Callebaut, Guittard, and Van Leer to ensure that each bite is nothing short of delicious!
